WHERE WE ARE TODAY
IMODEL Educational Initiative
The IMODEL program is designed to inspire innovation, leadership, mentorship, and holistic development among youth and students. The initiative encourages critical thinking, creativity, discipline, and community responsibility while helping participants prepare for future educational and professional opportunities.
Through mentorship, training, and educational support, IMODEL seeks to nurture future leaders who are committed to positive change and community development in Haiti and beyond.
The program also encourages young people to recognize the value of collaboration, self-confidence, and civic engagement within their communities. By creating spaces where youth can learn, grow, exchange ideas, and develop practical skills, IMODEL helps foster a generation that is not only academically motivated, but also socially conscious, community-oriented, and prepared to contribute meaningfully to the future of Ayiti.
Alpha Program
The Alpha Program was created to help strengthen literacy, foundational learning, and educational access for individuals and families within the community who may have had limited opportunities to fully pursue formal education. Through guidance, academic support, and practical learning experiences, the program encourages the development of reading, writing, communication, and everyday life skills that are essential for personal growth, confidence, and long-term opportunity.
More than an educational initiative, the Alpha Program represents a pathway toward empowerment and self-development. By helping participants build stronger literacy and communication abilities, the program encourages greater independence, self-confidence, and active participation within community life.
The program also recognizes that education is deeply connected to dignity, opportunity, and social growth. Through patience, encouragement, and community-centered learning, participants are supported in strengthening their abilities at their own pace while being encouraged to believe in their potential and future possibilities.
NEGES FOUNDATION believes that literacy and education remain important foundations for stronger families, healthier communities, and lasting social progress. Through the Alpha Program, the organization continues to invest in human development by helping create opportunities for individuals to grow, learn, and contribute meaningfully within their communities and beyond.

As part of its ongoing commitment to community wellness and human dignity, NEGES proudly announces the opening of the IMAMOU Medical Center located in Dampus, Léogâne, Ayiti.

Poultry Care & Environment Sustainability
NEGES is actively involved in poultry development initiatives designed to support food security, agricultural education, and economic sustainability within the community. Through practical training and hands-on experience, community members learn responsible poultry care, animal health management, feeding practices, sanitation, and sustainable farming techniques.
The poultry program provides opportunities for youth and families to develop valuable agricultural skills while promoting self-sufficiency and local economic growth. Participants are trained in maintaining clean and healthy poultry environments that encourage proper animal care, productivity, and environmental responsibility.
By combining education with practical agricultural experience, NEGES helps families build sustainable livelihoods while strengthening community resilience and food accessibility in Léogâne.
Farmers Market Initiative
With the collaboration of AYO-BYO, based in Queens, New York, and the continued efforts of community partners and friends of the foundation, NEGES FOUNDATION has been able to strengthen its Farmers Market initiatives in Léogâne, creating opportunities that directly benefit local farmers, families, and small agricultural producers.
The Farmers Market was created as a community-centered space where growers and artisans can share and sell fresh produce, poultry products, natural goods, and handmade creations directly within their own community. More than a marketplace, it represents a living exchange of knowledge, culture, resilience, and local economic activity rooted in the land and the people.
Through this initiative, NEGES FOUNDATION encourages agricultural sustainability, local entrepreneurship, and greater food accessibility for families throughout the region. By helping small farmers and producers maintain visibility and income within their own town, the project contributes to stronger local circulation of resources and greater community self-reliance.
Beyond economic impact, the Farmers Market also helps preserve connection among community members by creating a welcoming environment where people gather, exchange, collaborate, and uplift one another. NEGES FOUNDATION believes that investing in local agriculture and community-based initiatives helps build long-term stability, strengthens food independence, and nurtures healthier and more connected communities throughout Léogâne and beyond.

Safe Haven for Vulnerable Youth
At Mon Ptit Village / NEGES, we are committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for vulnerable children and teenagers who have experienced sexual, emotional, and physical abuse.
Our mission goes beyond education — we strive to restore dignity, hope, stability, and a sense of family for those who need it most.
Currently, we provide housing, care, educational support, and daily supervision for:
- 5 teenage girls, age 17
- 2 teenage boys, age 16
All of the children under our care attend our school and are supported through a structured environment focused on healing, education, personal growth, and emotional well-being.
At NEGES, we believe every child deserves to feel safe, valued, protected, and empowered to build a brighter future regardless of the hardships they have endured.
Through compassion, mentorship, education, and community support, Mon Ptit Village continues to serve as a place of refuge, restoration, and opportunity for Ayiti’s youth.
