Nerat Ilderice
ATI Vodou & Organizer of JVL – Jenks Vodou Léogâne
Nerat Ilderice is an ATI Vodou, cultural advocate, and the organizer of JVL – Jenks Vodou Léogâne. Deeply rooted in the spiritual and cultural traditions of Ayiti, he has dedicated many years to preserving, honoring, and transmitting the sacred practices, ancestral teachings, and communal values of Vodou within Léogâne and across regions of the South and West of the country.
Through ceremonies, cultural gatherings, spiritual guidance, and community involvement, Nerat has played an important role in helping younger generations remain connected to their ancestral identity and cultural heritage. His work reflects a strong commitment to protecting the integrity of Vodou traditions while encouraging unity, respect, and collective remembrance within the community.
As a cultural leader and organizer, he continues to create spaces where ancestral knowledge, traditional practices, music, spirituality, and community connection can remain alive and respected within the land and among the people. His involvement also reflects the important role Vodou has long held in the history, resilience, and cultural foundation of Ayiti.
As part of the broader support network connected to NEGES FOUNDATION, Nerat Ilderice brings cultural awareness, spiritual leadership, and a deep sense of responsibility toward preserving the living traditions and collective memory of the Ayitian people.
Watson Pacombe
Administrator
Watson Pacombe serves as an Administrator within NEGES FOUNDATION, where he plays an active role in supporting the organization’s coordination, community outreach, and day-to-day development efforts. Deeply connected to the well-being and advancement of the Léogâne community, Watson has remained committed to initiatives that encourage education, healthcare access, agriculture, youth support, and sustainable community growth within Ayiti.
Through his involvement with local projects and organizational leadership, he has contributed to helping strengthen communication between community members, volunteers, and foundation initiatives, ensuring that support reaches those most in need. His dedication reflects a strong sense of responsibility toward collective progress, local empowerment, and long-term community resilience.
Watson Pacombe is also recognized for his willingness to support grassroots efforts that uplift families and create opportunities for future generations. His work within NEGES FOUNDATION reflects the importance of community-centered leadership grounded in collaboration, respect, and service to the people of Léogâne and surrounding areas.
As part of the foundation’s leadership structure, he continues to support the vision of building stronger and healthier communities while helping preserve the spirit of solidarity and mutual support that remains deeply rooted within Ayitian culture.
Catherine Edouard
Community Development Coordinator
Catherine Edouard brings more than 20 years of experience in business administration, healthcare support, education, and organizational leadership to the NEGES Foundation. Her diverse background, combined with her dedication to humanitarian work, plays an important role in strengthening the organization’s daily operations and long-term vision.
With professional experience in medical billing, health management, customer relations, and administrative services, Catherine has built a strong foundation in both leadership and community-centered care. She also holds academic training in marketing, education, healthcare administration, and customer service.
As Administrative Coordinator, she oversees operational management, project coordination, communications, website development, and organizational planning for NEGES. She is highly skilled in modern technology, artificial intelligence, and digital systems that help support nonprofit growth and outreach.
Beyond her administrative work, Catherine has spent years working with women and children across four countries, teaching art, recycling, environmental awareness, and creative self-expression. Her work reflects a deep commitment to sustainability, empowerment, and cultural connection.
As a sustainable designer and spiritual seer, she brings creativity, vision, intuition, and compassion into every aspect of her work. Her ability to combine innovation with human connection continues to support the mission of NEGES and its commitment to uplifting communities in Ayiti and beyond.
